The location is central, close to a peaceful Gourmet restaurant and the main common areas of the resort. the staff are friendly, helpful, and always smiling. the breakfast offers above-average quality with plenty of fresh bread and meats.

Reasonably good, caring staff that was willing to help. Enjoyed very well maintained bathroom and a well stocked fridge, a balcony, and a safe in our twin room.

The rooms here have a great ocean view and are very practical.

The private parking was on-site, exceptional service. The suite had all we needed, including big bathroom. The breakfast was modern and for authentic Mexican food; the staff was willing to help. The location was great and beautiful - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

We felt really good. The services, the food, the restaurants, the location, everything were better than we expected. They respect and considered our requirememnt to get a quite room.

The double room had a very comfy bed and amenities like storage, a seating area, and an iron. Enjoyed lovely views of the ocean. Stunning setting near French restaurants for dinner, beach area with good music playing in the background, and the building's gallery. Excellent food at restaurants like Fishbones, which is just a 10-minute walk away! 🥂👍.

The employees were generous with their time and help. Our rooms were kept spotless and the restaurant staff was wonderful.

The food at the reservation only restaurants was awful although the wait staff was great. The buffets had much better food.

The staff here is top-notch, and the location is right by a water park, making everything beautiful.

It's a gorgeous place, fairly clean. the room is large and newly remodelled, and the bed is lovely. the location is magnificent, so close to the steakhouse and Brazilian restaurants, the beach area, and the Dive Shop. Incredible service and the food is fabulous. They have free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Our second trip here and will return. Beautiful grounds, gorgeious beach,and all the staff is super. Can't say enough good things about the resort. Would highly recommend it to anyone Some friends have already gone and feel the same way. Great place for families to get together, with lots of acitivies for all ages.

I prefer the Fantasia buffet to the gourment restaurants. Feel the service is superior and you can choose what you want. For cooking in the quantities they have to prepare is excellent. My daughter's birthday fell on one of our days there and they made a wonderful birthday cake for her and sang Las Mananitas.

They need to give you more information about the "extras" (like restaurant days allowed) according to you booking. In my case I had 2 days of restaurant with my 4 days booking, I realized by coincidense.
